A Bit About Me…

For 28 years, I’ve been by my clients' sides, navigating the highs and lows of life together. As a stylist I play many roles. The person they rely on for all things hair related obviously, but it goes deeper than that. I am a friend, a "therapist", an extended family member, someones longest relationship outside of family, an influencer (on purpose or not), the list goes on an on.

From their first haircuts and joyful milestones to the profound moments of loss and all that lies in between—starting school, getting married, becoming parents, facing divorces, finding new love, welcoming grandchildren, retiring, losing beloved pets, and so many other life experiences that I may not recall right now… yes, and dealing with perimenopause and brain fog; I almost overlooked that! Whatever it is, I’ve likely shared those moments with someone at some point. And just as I know their stories, they know mine too.

Lately, I’ve had countless individuals encourage me to start a blog, create a page, or become an influencer where I can share my favorite recommendations because they trust my insights, my ADHD-fueled research, and my candidness about any subject. Thanks to all this support, I’m finally putting their suggestions into action and gathering everything in one place. This is that place.

I'm 46, but my mind and body don't feel it, and recently navigating perimenopause. Often times I find myself being very hormotional for lack of better word. Hahahah. This transition has led me on a quest to discover things that can assist with hormonal balance, weight gain, mental clarity, sleeplessness, bone health, and managing multiple medications that often make me uneasy; so I’ve decided to take action. I’m embarking on a health, fitness, hormone, and lifestyle journey, and I’m inviting you to join me.

I’ll share links to products I love, knowledge I've learned about supplements, useful tips and tricks for navigating some of life’s challenges, of course there are also insights about hair and scalp health, navigating the world of ADHD as an adult, and even updates about my pets because if you know me, you know how much I adore my furry friends. If you’re not familiar yet, you’ll soon find out that I’ve named my page "A BEAUTIFUL JUMBLE" because that’s precisely what it represents… a delightful mix of everything and anything. I genuinely hope it brings assistance to others. I look forward to exploring this particular journey with you.

Much love,

Carissa
